"Parking was easy and the hotel was spotless. The location is great and very convenient to pretty much anything you would want to do in Boston. The only negative I had was that after a long day of walking all over Boston, I was excited to take a bath but that wasn't possible. There was no plug in the tub and the handle was broken, so the water never got hot."

"It was a great place for a night! Although i couldn’t help but notice taped up padding in the wall and stains on the curtains. Also the bottles in the shower and sink were next to empty! I much more enjoyed my stay at the other citizenM. But the bed was clean and comfortable so I did have a good night sleep regardless!"

"Ellie was the receptionist at check in and she was so accommodating and helpful! Very thankful for her assistance. Room was spectacular and my wife and I were thrilled about our stay. We stayed in one of the “Backstage” trailers and we were super impressed. The heated pool was such a nice touch. Location is great also, highly recommend this hotel, especially if you’re visiting to see a show at House of Blues, MGM Music Hall or any event at Fenway Park! The attached restaurant was phenomenal and the breakfast was great."
