"I had a quick weekend stay and it was great. Check in was easy. I had fun conversation with Jessica and found out we have lived in some of the same cities. My room was clean and perfect for my quick trip. I didn’t utilize the restaurant that much but there is a breakfast buffet at and some other breakfast items for a reasonable price. I love the little snack area which was great for some late night munchies. The hotel was less than 10 minutes from my friend’s house which was why I was in town. There is plenty of shopping and food options in that same distance. Overall I had a great stay and would definitely consider staying there again for another trip. "

"The room, bathroom area, and kitchen suite are all very clean and neat. The hallway carpet is raised and bubbled which could pose a hazard. But I also understand that the hotel is in the middle of a renovation. By the way, the breakfast was wonderful! Full on breakfast buffet!"

"The studio was very clean, tidy and well decorated. The bed was comfortable, and the unit was equipped with modern appliances, snacks, drinks, bathroom essentials, and laundry soap. Communication was timely and access to the unit was seamless which is located in a desirable neighborhood. Kevin grants you privacy and a well-maintained residence to consider "home" while visiting the Ventura area. I enjoyed my stay and plan to contact Kevin again in the future as I have friends and family that live in close proximity to this studio, so it was very convenient besides being such a pleasant environment."
