Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located unit in Encinitas, close to downtown and the local beaches. Single level and situated in a quiet neighborhood with ocean views. Imagine sitting on the deck watching the sun go down after spending a day at the beach.

This unit has been newly remodeled with granite countertops, updated appliances and modern furniture. The open floor plan is cozy and inviting. The deck has ocean views and comes equipped with a fire pit, an outdoor couch and two chairs for enjoying the sunset and a bbq for grilling.

There are two bedrooms - bedroom #1 has a king bed and bedroom #2 has a queen bed. There is also a chair in the living room that pulls out into a small bed.

We are a dog friendly property. There is a bed provided along with some other items to make your pups stay comfortable as well.

Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to town, the beach, and the coaster is less then 5 min.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the front of the property.

There are many activities available in or around the surrounding area including: the zoo, safari park, Lego Land, Sea World, Balboa Park, and the aquarium along with various hikes and museums.

Light, breezy, totally renovated clean and comfy place with ocean views! Tisha was so on top of things! She got back to me within minutes if I had a question. Walkable to train and shops / restaurants in Encinitas.

My small family of four really enjoyed our stay. We walked to dinner almost every night took less than 5 minutes with children. There is plenty of options. The house was very clean and has very thing you need. Even some items for the beach. Thank you for having us!

This is a perfect cozy hilltop retreat with an ocean view. The kitchen, living area and bathroom is recently updated and very nice. The location is steps away from downtown Encinitas and the amazing walkable PCH. Great property!

Fantastic house, amazing location
A beautiful home that is very clean. Walking distance to all the great restaurants, shops, and beach. All the amenities you need to have a wonderful stay for the babies for the puppies and the adults. Plenty of items to cook with and enjoy cooking dinner in the home or barbecuing outside.
