"Although parts of the hotel are tired and need some tlc, the room was nice and clean. Lovely comfortable bed, the heater was fine, alot more controllable than most hotels. Staff were fab, gym and pool were really good. Although dinner was rather disappointing, expensive, small portions, in the restaurant, the buffet breakfast was fabulous. We felt for a few minor issues it was still great value for money and would definitely stay again, just not eat there at night ! "
"I arrived early ahead of friends but our room was all ready and i was given a very friendly welcome. I think it was Caitlin who carried my case up to our room which was a huge suite and spotlessly clean. Plenty of complimentary teas, coffees and biscuits available in the room. A little later Cam helped my friends up to the room. Both Caitlin and Cam are a great asset to the hotel. Our lunch was excellent and we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
"Really excellent holiday park and a pleasure to find somewhere close to Portsmouth and the Witterings that is open year round. Staff were all really nice to deal with and despite us choosing the budget option, the cabin was easily the best we've stayed in on a British site. Grounds and facilities were well maintained and our only complaint would be that they didn't have availability for us to stay longer!"
"The room was extremely clean, warm and well stocked..
Breakfast was amazing and the family who run the B&aB were very lovely professional and accommodating."
