"The staff was great. The room was good. My only complaint was there was no water pressure in the shower. Also the room could have been cleaned better. The shades were spotty with stains. The phone didn't work, the lamp on the dresser didn't work. And last the mirror was dirty. I was a maid 40 odd years ago and cleaned 26 rooms a day. First impression is most important for everything."

"The staff was friendly and helpful The room was very nice and spacious and clean The service of the room was excellent. The only problem I had was with the toilet it was very low I’m getting up there in age it was hard to get back up need to add a handrail would be helpful The breakfast was average I got sausage one morning but it was very spicy 3 out of 4 of us thought that maybe offer 2 options or at very least add spicy to the card because we wouldn’t have taken any but overall experience was good and we would stay there again much better than last hotel we stayed at there in Kansas City Kansas."

"The room was spacious and clean with a balcony. Room was equipped with a small coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. The staff at the hotel we're friendly and helpful. The pool was however closed for maintenance ,which was not disclosed when I booked so that was a bummer to learn on arrival. And there was NO breakfast served during pur stay, you had to buy additional breakfast while there and the prices for the type of breakfast were not accommodating."
