"The room on the street side was extremely noisy all night long. They were very helpful in changing us to a quiet room. It is an older hotel but one can see that they are really trying to keep it nice. The staff was always very helpful and friendly."
"The property was well taken care of, the amenities were always going and warm and inviting, beds were very comfortable and clean and the turn down service and housekeeping was on spot "
"This property has the most amazing staff - front desk, housekeeping --- everyone. Smiling, loving their jobs, and caring about people. It is these hardworking and dedicated people who were central to my excellent guest experience. The property itself is immaculate and well cared for. I felt safe, I slept well, and the rates charged for my stay should be considered as quite fair in terms of the Vancouver hotel market. This is also a not for profit business that provides an amazing range of very important services and supports to persons in the community. I felt good supporting that programming through my stay. There is also road construction outside of the hotel and the kitchen area on my floor was under renovation --- minor frustrations that will both be resolved in just a very short time. In the end -- I had an excellent stay. Thank you for taking such great care of me for 4 days. I will be back!"
"Had a wonderful stay at the hotel, I came in a bit late and the concierge was very helpful. The decore of the establishment was very unique and the open atmosphere was literally a breath of fresh air. My stay was a well needed rest. I will definitely be staying here again."
Convenient Ground-Floor Suite Near PNE with Easy Access Everywhere
10/10 Excellent
"We had an amazing stay! The suite was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It truly felt like home away from home. The shower was awesome, and everything was set up to make our stay easy and relaxing, down to the treats the host left for us! We found ourselves talking about it even after we left, and compared it to our next stay quite a bit, it really set the bar high! Super clean, cozy, and convenient. We walked to our concert at PNE Coliseum! We'd definitely stay here again. "
