"Had problem accessing room with new password entry locks. Had to wait about 20 minutes for a person to arrive to provide assistance. There is not adequate lighting outside the Evergreen room to be able to see the numbers on the password entry pad to succeed in accessing the room. Loved the dining/gathering room and kitchen availability! An appearance update for the "boutique" experience would be to have the pillowcases on the bed be pressed/ironed.
