"My room was warm, so I asked about getting someone to look at the air conditioner. After several attempts of getting someone satisfaction, come to find out the room is programmed @ the hotel’s discretion and there was nothing they could do. I had to open the window to get some air. So my review is I stayed there once, but never again. I finally left before my reservation was up."
