Room was disgusting (happy to provide photos, blood stained towels, stains on mattress and curtains, asked to change room whilst changing rooms staff member entered the room I was in the process of moving out from tool the dirty pillow I was previously laying on didn't change the pillow case and then gave it to another room (they had kids too) as if it was clean. After that point I slept every night in full clothing .. fruit in...

"Excellent hotel. It was very clean, and my room was exceptionally spotless. Everything in the hotel appeared new and well maintained. The breakfast was great and very delicious, served as an open buffet with many options. The location was also excellent—right in the center of Ankara. The staff, including housekeeping and the restaurant team, were very professional and friendly. The front desk clerks were extremely helpful throughout my stay. I will definitely return and stay at this hotel...
