"This is an old building, and some of the concrete is in need of repair, but that is my ONLY criticism, and I know that in the current economy that would be impractical. I likes everything else. The management and staff are efficient and friendly, the garden is beautiful, and the bird-watcjing opportunities from the balcony are excellent!"
"The owner is very kind and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated and the bed is very comfy. Easily walkable to IU Memorial Stadium and close to downtown. Very nice stay and great experience. "
