"Everything is great about this newly modernized property. Love the s’mores under the string lights, a really nice touch. The only nit is that the room smelled really strongly of cleaning product, which did not get better overnight. "

"VRBO showcased the home and land accurately. The view was outstanding and home area was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the deck with patio and fire pit overlooking the ocean bluff. The kitchenette was perfect for us since we went to our favorite restaurants in the area. Our 2 dogs loved the grassy area in front of home. Perfect rusty retreat!"

"My fiancée and I adored this property! Its just 5 minutes or so from town, quite and tranquil. Rennie and Hope were lovely, provided us with filtered water, coffee/tea and had an ADORABLE microwave/mini fridge set up. Mosquitoes are totally normal but also suck. We had bug repellent and there was a repellent coil on the back porch so it didnt bug us much. 10/10 will absolutely return! Thank you so so much!"

"The location, beach access and view from home was amazing! The home was decently stocked, but some needs some small improvements. The faucet in the shower needs replaced & the sink is rickety in the bathroom. There were ant bait traps all over the home, and we saw a few ants. The main concern is the entrance to the home. It’s not really the grade of the driveway, but the blind entrance onto HWY 1. The shrubs should be removed and a mirror added for better vision. We had to use my 16 year old...

"Surrounded by a redwood forest, this cabin doesn't get a lot of sunshine. The drive to it was very beautiful in May. Wildflowers everywhere until you get to the cabin. The cabin itself was fairly nice with an updated kitchen that had everything we needed and more, including food in the fridge. Hmm? Ours or theirs? The main bathroom was also updated and nice. "Breathtaking views in your own private Nirvana. The deck and Adirondack chairs was thee coolest hangout spot. The house looks as if it were just built. The kitchen was well equipped for gourmet cooking. The beds were oh so comfortable. The location was in the mix of grocery stores and great restaurants. Beautiful and blissful. We will be back!"

"Very bright, open house with a great kitchen and two good size bedrooms. The single bathroom has both a tub and a stand-alone large shower. Balcony and windows open onto a view of tree tops and the ocean in the distance."
