Disappointed

The property was in poor condition. Toilet in room would not function without removing the lid and pulling up on the internal valve. Paint peeling on doors, carpet worn out.

Okay for a one night stay. Bathroom not clean

Overall our stay was fine, but some of the touchpoints in the room and bathroom need to be cleaned. Light switch in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. I cleaned it myself. The photo shows what it looked like before I cleaned it on the left and after on the right. Floor was less that clean as well.

Upon checking in the computers were not working. Was having to use phone to check in which meant had to input ID and CC info into phone which I refused to let him enter. I had pre paid through my reservation. The door to the room would not shut with out having to pick up on door. Tub was very dis colored and drain had stuff in it. Have stayed here several times but will not in the future

great hotel

It was a good room. Only thing is they don’t mention a step up at the far end doors. I tripped and fell and hurt my knee. I did inform them about it but they need to put a sign up about that step down by room 110

I would stay here again!

Although they didnt have the room we initially booked they upgraded us to a double suite for the same price. It was very nice and beds were comfortable! Hotel staff was very nice!

The property seemed okay when we got there but when you walk in the lobby there are no pictures on the walls. It has a very stale feeling. My son had explored the grounds and found quite a few things wrong with the building inside including a water leak. It looked like there was a lot of maintenance that needed to be done inside and out. I did not like that I could hear the conversation in the next room of other guests. I have stayed in many other comfort inn & suites and this was by far the worst one. I keep booking with the comfort inn & suites because they are generally nice and have the amenities I look for for me and my kids.

We were happily surprised by a newly remodeled room! It was beautiful and super clean. The lobby was being remodeled so there wasn’t a full breakfast, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Just needed somewhere to sleep.

This place is under remodeling. No breakfast buffet like their website stated. That was one of the reasons we booked this place. Breakfast selections that they offered were not great. Bed was comfy.
