The hotel was not very clean they left a half drank bottle of water from previous people, no toilet paper, the tv remote was missing, the door you could see the cold air coming in around the door.

The managers were rude and people were knocking on doors for no reason. The room was not clean right along with the tv not working either.

This place is a dump. Towels were small and scratchy. Bed old and lumpy, carpet was dirty and nasty. Woodwork coming off the wall. Curtains didn’t block out the outside bright lights. Toilet seat and tub and sink the paint was rubbed off the porcelain.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Beautiful fresh paint on the walls. The baseboards were horrible. The floors were extremely dirty. The toilet leaked around the bottom. The tub had not been cleaned. There was still wrappers from the last guest toiletries in the shower. Dirt around the baseboards and in the corners. Dirt and dust on the refrigerator handle. The bed linens were clean and crisp. The beds were very comfortable.

We arrived in the middle of a flash flood. The staff was slammed with unexpected guests. Marilyn was fabulous, checking us in and responding to our concerns. Our room was dirty: hair on the wall in the shower, two dirty towels, overall unclean. Also the air conditioning was out and the TV didn’t work. Marilyn took care of our concerns, and extremely quickly considering how busy she was by herself at the front desk. Adam came right away and quickly got our AC and TV working. We were not at all impressed with the hotel, but the staff was amazing.

Average place, fantastic host!

Fantastic host! We had an issue with the first room and reached out to the host to switch. He said no problem and in under a minute was at our door with a different key. Extremely friendly & personable. By far the best host that I've experienced anywhere. The facility is an older place and I rate it as average but the host really made it a lot better place.

Failed to meet minimum expectations

The bed smelled like the sheets had been in the washer for a long time then dried. As in several days. The tub and sink drain looked to have debris in them. The tv didn’t work at all just snow. The light fixture by the bed was without bulbs. All in all not good I have stayed at Wyndham many times and been pleased. Not even close this time
