When I got there, there was nobody to check me in. I got there at 7:50pm and I had til 10pm to check in. I ended up having to find a different place to stay.

This was just a Yōkō room for the night no thrills for like $42. It was adequate I came in at 7:30 and left at 8 o’clock. Room filled my needs perfectly and it was a decent price for sure.

This hotel has been one of my favorites for many years. However this year was not so good. My room was dark with burned out lights. When I turned my blanket down a spider crept out. My wi-fi never did work. The shower and sink had slow drains. A lot of dust on the TV counter. The towels are very thin. I did get a great low rate on the room, so there is that. I will still come back next year. This had to be an anomaly. Probably just one of those things…

Closed no more information.

I was never able to stay. I arrived after a 14 hour day of driving to a closed sign and someone who met me at my car before I got out to tell me that they are closed and I do not have a room. I had paid for my room and had a reservation. Was still told they are closed. There was no phone call ahead of time. No advice to where to go. No refund offered.

Nice room. Missed a few things cleaning, not bad. Big problem A/C Mold issue. Couldn’t run A/C for just blowing mold. Hard to relax and just breath.

Very dirty. Pillows small bed very low to ground and uncomfortable. I didn’t even take my shoes off in the room. I slept in my clothes. Filthy hotel. Do not go there!!

Don’t waste your money

Booked the room and showed up at 10:10pm place closed at 10. No one around couldn’t get a refund. I’ve never heard of a hotel closing at 10pm and how do you get the placed closed and leave so quick? Called no answer

At check in the hotel increased the price by $10 They stated the price on Orbitz was wrong when my confirmation clearly stated the number of people -2 adults and the price charged. I had to pay $10 cash and my credit card was run again for a deposit fee. Be ware hotel will switch the price on you once you arrive.

Uncomfortable beds

Room was decent for the price. My family and I were on the road and needed a place to stay for the night. Area appeared very safe. We checked in after 11pm and hotel had sign stating that we need to check in at the hotel next door, which is under same ownership. Room was basic, clean. TV remote did not work, so we could not work the TV. AC unit worked well. Bathroom was ok. The major issue was the beds were VERY uncomfortable, and noisy when you move around. Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I have slept on in a motel.

Staff amazing - hotel only so so

This will probably be the most honest feedback I have ever left. I booked 2 rooms 1 w/ king 1 w/2 queens. The king room checked in first. When I arrived she showed me her since full of broken soap, trash and looked liked it had not been cleaned in awhile. I went to tell the front desk and check into our room. The man at the front desk was very polite and moved my husband, 2 dogs and I to the sister hotel across the parking lot. Then he went to look at her room and immediately moved her to another room, where the sheets looked like they had not been washed in awhile, again he apologized and moved her after inspecting the room and asking her & I to do the same. He said and showed that he was embarrassed by the condition of the 2 rooms. The 3rd room was totally fine. We visited with family. When she went to enter her room several hours later her key would not work. My husband rang the doorbell twice to no answer, lobby was locked and no lights on, I called the front desk several times to no answer and then I rang the lobby doorbell and it was answered, the key was fixed and she went to bed. Yes it was after midnight, but it is a hotel. The bed in the sister hotel was hard, the AC worked but was loud, but the hot water was amazing! While we were waiting on family I saw the manager (?), front desk and only employee we saw, checking several rooms, only guessing he was seeing if they were clean. The man on duty deserves 10 stars the hotel & sister hotel across the parking lot - 6.

Very cold never again

Barely any toilet paper but it did last thru the night. No Kleenex. Heater would not heat the room. It was 23* outside overnight and we had it on 85 and my smart watch said it was 60* inside room. No phone inside room. No cups for water to take mine and my husband to take medicine. So when I left to get breakfast because that was not offered either I got # off door and called office. For blanket t. Paper Kleenex. She said no cups.

Worse hotel experience ever.

Absolutely ridiculous, booked through hotels.com. The front desk person was the rudest patron I’ve ever encountered. Would not check us in to the hotel because he would not honor the rate that it was booked at online. They never answered any phone calls and even when hotels called them (placing me on hold 4 diff times), they never answered. We were willing to pay for the early check in and all but the man guy was so rude. My husband even asked him how his day was and he immediately dismissed my husband. Horrible experience, horrible customer service and he also still charged for a no show when he wouldn’t check us in!

Terrible customer service, the person who works at night who is said to be the owner with terrible superior English, and is a very rude person. When I arrived to check in, the guy didn't even look at my face quickly, he told me that the The rooms are more expensive and the computer was not working. When I asked him if I go to another computer, he rudely answered, maybe there is another computer here, and I told him, well, I don't know, I don't. I work here, there may be one in the back, well, no, there isn't, and I asked him how long it will take. When the computer worked, he told me, well, I don't know how you want me to know, I am the owner and I can do whatever I want. The person, as an employee, cannot be working in a hotel, especially late at night, when people have been driving for hours and hours and you just want to rest, as Hotel.com may have on their list, They should sanction him or eliminate him. It's not fair to any person who is traveling across the country already driving for hours and after having spent 50 or $100 or whatever Hotel.com only gives you $25 of what you spent, without even having stayed in the room or being able to check in. Please avoid this Hotel.
