Great location and friendly lady staffs. Green property. Ameneties are non existent. Rooms are old/dirty and not well maintained. The room was so old that the wardrobe was rotting with terrible smell and we got bed bugs right before we left. Not for families with young kids. Tight beds/rooms. I would not recommend.

SOOOOO loud. I could hear everything upstairs, outside, and next door. I literally heard the lady next door battling her hiccups. Worst sleep of our family’s life. When anyone in the complex uses the bathroom it’s so loud it sounds like a waterfall is in our room. Good location, but don’t do it. There was hair in the tub, in the beds - gross! AND the bathtub was clogged so it just puddled in the tub while you shower.

The hotel is an older hotel. When you shower and someone else is using water your shower goes from hot to cold.

The Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort is hands down the best stay our family has had in a long time. This is a special place. The rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable and beautiful, most overlook the ocean from the small balcony. This hotel is beachfront and has a gorgeous resort style pool right next to the ocean. There are numerous restaurants and dining options too. It’s located almost centrally and is close to many island attractions. For a Mom who wakes up early, I was able to head down to the lobby at 5:30 am to grab one of their gourmet coffees and breakfast foods at their First Light cafe and sit by the pool and beach to watch the sunrise before the kids woke up. After a few days on the island, my kids just wanted to stay at the resort that have different activities for families every day. The staff were so friendly too. After leaving the Sheraton, we flew to Oahu which is beautiful too but pales significantly to Kauai and the Sheraton Coconut Beach Resort. We will return there next Summer for certain. Loved this hotel!
