I’m disabled with mobility issues and chose this to make airport transport easier. If you anticipate an airport shuttle - book melia, senator barajas, really any other hotel that stated airport shuttle did actually send shuttles every half hour or so. Ibis Styles sent the airport shuttle whenever they felt like it - which on Sunday when I arrived I sat outside waiting from 5pm - till it finally showed up at 8:30pm. Truthfully I would just book BeCasa if I wanted to be in Valdebebas neighborhood and take the train or a taxi. The price point should include an airport shuttle that actually operates, breakfast should be complimentary - the security guard for breakfast was a wee bit absurd. Breakfast should be complimentary if you are charging well over a hundred dollars. It was decent for a three night stay. Would not stay again though. Amenities they stated - were not provided. Price point didn’t reflect the quality of service or amenities. "

"No the kitchen was not well equipped, there was only the bare minumum: 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 sets of cutlery, two tiny drinking glasses. Not even a kettle or toaster for breakfast, or coffee mugs, or wine glasses. We had to visit Carrefour to buy kitchen supplies."
