"Pool side drink service was awesome after a solid workout at their gym. Highly recommend including breakfast with your room rate if your schedule allows, it is quite the spread no matter what you’re in the mood for. Also recommend stopping by the rooftop bar for a fabulous sunset view prior to dinner at any of the great Guadalajara restaurants."
"My stay at this condo was truly horrible & extremely disappointing. Getting into the building was complicated, we had to navigate from one elevator to the plaza level, then walk around the plaza just to reach the condo building, and then go through security to get into the second elevator to finally get up to the floor was exhausting and unsafe. The emergency exit door from the 17th floor had no handle or doorknob, only a key lock. When I asked the front desk about it, they said it was always unlocked, but it didn’t feel safe at all. Once inside, bed comforter was dirty & the vents inside the condo were full of dust & dirt. Every time we needed to access our vehicle in the parking garage, we had to go through a frustrating process. We had to flag the front desk to open the elevator, as only property owners or tenants had access to operate it. This meant running back and forth between the condo & the elevator, making the process extremely time consuming & inconvenient. The plaza where the condo was located had about 99% of unoccupied storefronts. There was also abandoned construction around the condo building, which made the environment feel unsafe and insecure. The entire experience was made worse by the fact that our electricity went out for two nights. We had to leave for safety reasons & uninhabitable conditions. Despite the host's kind communication, the condition of the property was unacceptable, and I do not recommend this stay."
"We appreciated the newness and cleanliness of the apartment. The modern style and high quality furniture as well. The kitchen is ample and well equipped. The apartment gives a feeling of being right at home."
