The check-in was horrible. The lady at the front should definitely not be greeting late arrivals because it looks like she was having a bad day. Rude and unprofessional. I had stayed in this hotel before and was never greeted in such a horrible manner.

hotel was wonderful, the surrounding were peaceful and easiely accessible by walking on uber.

Dann Carlton Medellin Hotel
When we arrived at the hotel, the room had kind of white termites in several places in the room. We did not get an apology from the hotel amd were downgraded from a king bed with a sofa to a regular king size room
