"The hotel is clean and functional. The AC is very useful in the summer. But my check-in process was very bad. The self check-in machine asked me to pay (I already paid Expedia in full when making the booking) for my booking, but always show errors when I tried to pay. Called the hotel by phone, was told someone was coming in “a few minutes”, but I ended up waiting for a whole hour, on the street outside the hotel, before someone showed up."

"I’ve stayed at this amazing hotel many times over the years and, for me, it’s an absolute must stay when visiting Tenerife. Best of the Best! Great food, exceptional service, a beautiful setting, numerous swimming pools and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine, it really is a fantastic hotel. I would highly recommend experiencing the Casas Ducales wing, where the service is friendly and personal. "We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."

"FOOD: Compared to other all inclusive hotels we’ve been to (cape verde, greece, antalya) food here is so far the best. Stayed fo 13 days and no issues whatsoever especially with our 15mo old STAFF: all very friendly and polite. Facilities: POOL they have fantastic paddle pool for babies and toddlers, they also have pool area for older kids. Adult section in front of the castle and an infinity pool adults only area facing the sea. Soft play area Nursing room-changing facilities, steriliser (which I am very surprised that they have), microwave and sink. Restaurant,ala carte and bars Amazing food at the buffet Ladon: steak house- I highly recommend people to try the T-bone, its for extra charge of 51euros but definitely worth it. Nemuru-asian restaurant- not so impressed Il paradiso- il edit this review once we tried it. No issues getting drinks with bars, sometimes staff will also come to you at your table to ask for your order. They also have a fastfood style restaurant by the kids pool area where you can self order on their kiosk. They have cheese bites, burgers, hotdogs, wraps, chips etc in there. Only issue I had was for the first 5 days room aircon wasnt working and I reported it to them since day 1, infairness to them they tried to sort it out but its really not working. They offered us a room change but we are not really keen to pack our bags again, check out at 12nn and wait 3pm for the new room. Fan was offered but when we said yes to it, nothing was available."
