I really wish them the best and my only advise for the great manager to observe the stuff more to make sure that they all acting friendly as most of them do. "The Elan Hotel was part of my LA trip, and it turned out to be a great choice. I managed to do so much in such a short stay — checked in close to midnight and checked out almost at midnight the next day! The location is excellent — close to Beverly Hills, within walking distance of The Grove and Beverly Center, and just a short Uber ride to the Hollywood Bowl or Santa Monica. The room was perfect: clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was friendly and professional, and they went above and beyond when I realized I had left a medicine in the fridge — they kept it refrigerated for five days until I returned to LA. Truly great service, an unbeatable location, and a wonderful experience overall. Would definitely stay again."
