We had an amazing stay at Hyatt Vivid Playa del Carmen. The rooms were amazing and clean. The in suite jacuzzi was my favorite. The food was incredible. My favorites were Rincon Mexicano (tacos and flan!), Asiana, Dolma (chicken parm and crème brûlée) and Spice! If you go to Spice, look for Miguel! ...

Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive
The property has much better food than the average all inclusive, staff was always friendly and made you feel welcome. The activities were amazing and abundant, we actually changed our flight to stay an extra day because we were having so much fun.

Hotel Colonial Playa del Carmen
The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly, the staff was friendly, the only issue was the shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced. Very kittle waste for the shower

Luciana Hotel & Beach Club
our check in was a bit cood, maybe the lady was not in her best mood, but we hope to receive a better welcome. the hotel itself is a jeel, very confy, coffeemaker with coffee, 4 bottle of water, shampoo, conditioner., all the necesities. we even had a great time in the sea.
