"This hotel combines fun and elegance. The staff are friendly, the rooms large and comfortable, the bar and restaurant great. The beaches are a short walk and, in season, the pool is a treat. Do note the hot tubs are part of the spa service and an extra fee. We very much enjoyed our stay. "

"The AC Marriott Velodrome has great air conditioning, which is key when the thermometer is above 35C. Nice little pool out back to cool off, and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. dining options are superior to what you might expect. We use it for our corporate visitors, so highly recommend."

"This apartment was very spacious, the shower was hot and had good pressure but that's where the good stuff ends. Very limited condiments, one pillow and a stained, filthy looking cover for the bed. No Wi-Fi, the very friendly lady supposedly asked someone to come in and do it, but they never came, so I have 3 nights without Wi-Fi, which isn't the end of the world, but it's annoying when you're roaming & trying to work. "Great location and that is the reason why it is overpriced. I paid an arm to stay here just one night for a concert, but it was great for me as I’m solo. I’d never pay that much to stay here otherwise as it does not match the price. Clean, friendly staff which is lovely. No easily accessible food places close by. Room is quiet though which was a pleasant surprise. "
