"House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip!"

"We stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean, and well appointed. It's a short walk to Hertel Ave which has a bunch of shopping and restaurant options. The host was friendly, accommodating, and very easy to work with. I'd highly recommend it and would totally book this again if I was in the area."

"Traveled to Buffalo for a two day concert.. the house was easy to find and very close to the Bills stadium which is where we needed to go. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. Check in was a little confusing one email said 3pm one said 4pm. However when a called I was allowed access. Hosts were very nice and accommodating"

"In area for concert at HyMark stadium and was 12 minutes away with convenient Tim Horton coffee shop, shopping and dining near by. Waterstone grille- great service and food. Host very responsive and checked in during our stay. Bed was comfortable, few cobwebs on ceiling, but otherwise clean. Busy road, but didn’t bother us."

"We went for the solar eclipse which turned out to be a dud. What wasn't a dud was the property in which we stayed. It was clean, stocked, and well maintained. Communicating with the owner was a breeze. I defiantly would stay there again if I was ever in the area."

"This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first! Brad and Vanessa were incredibly accommodating and helpful during our stay. They are generous in providing towels, bathroom essentials, snacks, coffee pods, kid + baby supplies making our packing process and stay easy peasy. Location couldn’t be better! Highly reccomend! "I wasn’t looking for anything glamorous just for a one night Niagara Falls trip with the kids on a whim. It fit our needs for a night. The neighborhood is a typical tight city block 2 story style brick. At no point did we feel unsafe but the neighbor to the left (if looking at the home) had loud music during portions of the night. Nothing the fans in the rooms couldn’t drown out. Simple, low maintenance stay."
