Hotel was old and in need of a thorough refit. Our room in the attic was very small and in practical terms made even smaller by the sloping roof, (on one side you had to duck to get into bed). The furniture was very dated. The room was never serviced during our three night stay and so we had to make up our own beds and tidy the room ourselves. Breakfast was from 7.00 to 10.00 but there was little left when we went to the restaurant at 8.30. and the replenishment of food was very slow or non-existent. The only good thing was the location which is in the centre of Eger and so within very easy reach of the towns' attractions.

Room 11 is in a poor condition. Shower door is rubbish water just spray through and floods the bathroom. Shower itself pretty much unusable, low pressure and poor water head. Window is old has 2 locks 1 doesn’t work and plaster is falling off around it. This room is from. 1980, needs serious maintenance

Good location ! Don't:no elevators, price 3 nights should have been 137 $ and was 155 $.no perking lots, the bathroom no soup,napkins, 3 day no cleaning services (garbage pickup).

Only time I’ve had a smaller room was in NYC. No housekeeping service for our three day stay. We got one ratty towel per person. A/C didn’t work. Real fast was questionable. One night the front desk clerk apparently decided to leave his post so he just left our key with the room number in it on the desk for anyone to use. If you don’t have Hungarian speakers with you, you’ll have a challenge.

The hotel was close to the train station. It was very clean with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a large delicious breakfast buffet. They had a large sitting area and a patio. We arrived early and she let us store our bags. The wi-fi worked great.

Good hotel in downtown
Cheap all you can eat dinner for $12. Breakfast is included, it is good. Next to the hotel there is a huge parking lot, you can find a spot even at the worst times if you wait 3-5 minutes.

Nagyon jó helyen van, központban, ugyanakkor csendes a szoba. Kedves, figyelmes kiszolgálás, tiszta szoba, olyan meleget csinálhattunk, amilyet szeretnénk, ágy tiszta, kényelmes keménységű, de nagyon gyöszös, így a lepedőn keresztül is érezhető volt, pokróccal megoldottuk, így jó volt. Párna nem kényelmes annyira. Zuhanyzófej elérhetetlen magasságban, igy szappantartóra próbáltuk mindig akasztgatni. 😊zuhanyzó wc felöli oldalán az ajtó hiányzott, így wc és környéke tiszta víz lett. Zuhanypolc kicsit rozsdás, amúgy tiszta volt a zuhanyzó, wc-n lehetett pici vizkövesedést látni. Reggelinél töltötték aránylag a tartókat, még gyümölcs, es pelyhek is voltak. Se rántotta, se tükörtojás, és ami igazán nekem rossz volt, hogy nem volt teljeskiörlésű kenyér. Finom teák, és káve volt. Többféle gyümölcslé, fornetti sütik. Kétféle sajt volt zöldségek frissek voltak. Csak fizetős parkoló van a környéken. Szolgáltatás az árhoz képes nagyon jónak látom. Megérte ezekkel az apró hibákkal a hotelt választani.. Jól éreztem magam, visszamennék. 😊

We arrived at the reception the stuff was kind maybe, but they dont take too much effort. But then when we arrived to the room, that was terrible. We got the smallest room what I’ve ever seen. It was under the roof, in summer there was horrible heat. Yes they have an A/C but it did not work well, we have one small window but it was not enough. We havent got enough space for nothing, our suitcase was under the table near the bed and that was the whole space we have in room. The bed was from wall to wall, the toilet was right next to shower and wall at the otherside. We have one table with mirror (by the way the only mirror in the room) and there were a tv in front of it. The breakfast was not great not terrible, eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, some fruits and vegetables, cereals and thats it. The location was the only positive thing about this hotel. It really need some reconstruction or have to be cheaper, because for this price you can have a way more better accomodation in Eger.

Liever geen service ga dan naar het Minaret hotel
De service was waardeloos. Ik had een verkeerde reservering gemaakt. Mijn schuld. Dat zei ik ook meteen, maar in plaats van te helpen alsnog een kamer te krijgen bleven ze maar zeggen dat het niet hun schuld was. Uiteindelijk had ik geen kamer voor die nacht en heb ik mijn reis voortgezet zonder te overnachten.

Good for this price.
Hotel is good but it requires some renovation already and a litte bit more attention should be payed for cleanness. Location is super and staff is kind and helpful. Parking is easy in the near. Breakfast was basic but good for this price.

Az árban volt reggeli is. Kellemes csalódás volt a számunkra, bőséges és finom volt a kínálat annak ellenére, hogy később mentünk le az étterembe. (Összességében mindennel elégedett voltam, csak a matrac kicsit lejtett, mert az ágydeszkák elcsúsztak a helyükről, de nem csoda, mert az alkatrészeket a pipere szekrény fiókjában tárolják. A mosdónak a szűrője pedig nagyon vízköves lehet, mert alig jön a víz. Egy kis ecet csodát tenne...)

Nedslidt provinshotel.
Det er mig uforståeligt at dette slidte middelmådige provinshotel kan opnå 3 stjerner. Hotellet er generelt nedslidt, det anviste værelse havde var slidt og misligholdt i svær grad, uden reel flugtvej i tilfælde af brand og i generel dårlig stand. Morgenmaden ganske fin, hvis du var hurtig, idet opfyldning efter kl. 8.30 var ikke eksisterende. Beliggenheden centralt og ganske perfekt og personalets serviceindstilling er ganske fin. Var lidt svært at finde fra stationen så det lokale turistkontor har en opgave med at få bedret informationsmulighederne. Jeg vil ALDRIG bruge dette billige og nedslidte hotel igen og vil ikke anbefale andre at overveje muligheden. På trods af en meget billig pris er der absolut ikke value for Money - find andre muligheder..

싼만큼 해요.
다른 곳은 체크인 전이나 채크아웃 후에도 짐보관 요청하면 선뜻 맡겨줬는데 이 곳은 유명 관광지인데도 짐도 맡겨주지 않아서 불편했어요. 방음은 잘 되지 않았어요.
