Great overall with the exceptions noted above. Great working with everyone from booking. The housekeeper in the building works very hard continuously, was very nice, give her a raise!

The unit was great and was a larger than we expected. It has been renovated compared to the current pictures listed. The new look is light and bright. Any questions we had during the booking process were quickly answered. The fireplace is wood burning, but the facility has plenty of wood and fire starter. We would definitely come back!

Loved everything. The live band at Broken Arrow at Arrowhead was a blast! The only thing that could make it better is a new TV to watch the Packers beat the Vikings? Thank you! Rent Vail does an amazing job of getting us prepared for our trip with information and making us feel like we are at our home away from home. They're responsive to our questions and, really, just friendly people!

Had a great time. The walk to the lift was now as bad as we expected. Might be a good idea to include a map from the property to the lift as part of the condo marketing package. Dunes at the club dining room next door was excellent! Rob was great. Very responsive and friendly. A real “pro”!

Please ensure that sufficient cleaning supplies are provided for guests - we had to purchase dishwashing soap at a local store since there wasn't enough in the property. Also, please advise the homeowners to provide some placements. Thanks

This unit is a ground level 2 bdrm 3 full baths with great kitchen , large bathrooms , two walkin showers, well appointed, next to the country club of the rockies in Arrowhead. Perfect for spring break and very reasonably priced for in essence ski in / out. Short walk to the lifts
