This Open Concept 640 square foot loft sleeps two comfortably on a queen sized bed, but can accommodate four if need be, with two children on the fold out couch. This unit is detached from the principle dwelling and is accessible from the alley via its own outside gate and stairwell. Complete with all appliances which include couch, bed, television, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. A full bathroom with shower/tub combination, where you can relax with a long soak after your day. You are welcome to share our fenced yard if you have a dog you would like to bring. We do ask for a one time pet fee.
Located in Ritchie, this suite is close to Whyte Avenue, Strathcona, Bonnie Doon and the University of Alberta. Groceries are within walking distance, or you can walk a block to the new Richie Market which contains: Acme Meats, Transcend Coffee and a local craft brewer Blind Enthusiasm, housed within the restaurant Biera. On the other corner is a ice cream, liquor, convenience store, The Blue Chair restaurant and other small businesses. Close to the Mill Creek Ravine off leash dog park, walking trails and paved bike paths. Quick access to the river valley. The location is ideal if you don't have a car, as bus stops are only steps away from your door. Discounted rates of 12.5% after 7 nights and 25% after 28 nights. Smoking outside only and please pick up after your dog if you bring one!

Everything was great and we had all we needed. Location is good for places to walk to.
The only criticism we have was the wooden stairs to get in were very steep and it was not easy to get our suitcases etc. in.
10/10, A. The property is comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and extremely convenient (you don’t need a car). It’s a short walk to a bus to the university. I felt safe in the charming neighborhood, which has many amenities nearby. The wonderful hosts Kelly and Wade are friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this place!
Wonderful location and easy walking to restaurants. Cute place and had everything we needed. Excellent hosts. We will definitely book again.

Had such a wonderful stay at this property. Will definitely be back to experience a little more of Edmonton. Shopping, dining and the nightlife near this property made it one of the best, not to mention the property itself being beautiful and comfortable with all the amenities of home. The host was kind, thoughtful, accommodating and easy to work with. All questions were answered quickly and clearly.
This was a lovely location in a walkable neighbourhood. Our dog enjoyed playing with the host’s dog, and walking in Mill Creek Ravine green space. Suite was well equipped for our family.
Love the place! Comfy, warm and with all the amenities we needed for a long stay while house hunting in the city. Close to Whyte Ave and the craft brewery district as well, so always somewhere different to go for a drink or bite. Kelly, Wade and their pup are such great and friendly hosts and made our stay very comfortable. Parking spot in front of the garage as well as on the road in front of the house was very helpful as we had 2 vehicles with us.
Wade our host was very attentive to our needs. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Proximity to Whyte ave was great for dining options. This eas excellent value for what you get.

This loft is bright and cheerful and had everything we needed. We really liked being a block to the river's walking/running trails. Pleasant walk through the neighborhood to get to Whyte Ave (can also bus). There is also a closer, small commercial hub - with popular ice cream shop. We didn't have a car, but it was easy to bus downtown.
Wade and Kelly are very friendly and accommodating, and their dog Waylon is extremely friendly! I had an amazing stay while I was attending NAIT for trades training (stayed here 6 weeks).
The suite is very clean, nice new appliances, well stocked, bed is very comfortable. Cable box has lots of channels and you can sign into your streaming services on the TV if you’d like.
Great location, Whyte Ave businesses are within walking distance or a quick drive or Uber, easy to get to the university area via bus, or NAIT you can bus and take the valley line LRT easily.
If I need a place to stay in Edmonton again, this will definitely be my first choice!

My second time staying here. Just as good as the first time and nothing but good things to say about the property and hosts. Will definitely be back in the summer if it is still available. The perfect place.
This was a great stay. The location was great for us as it was 12 mins to Roger Place for the Oiler game and 15 mins from IKEA. Being above the garage was perfect with no adjoining residence making noise. The host was very friendly and checked in with us after our arrival. He also messaged during the stay to check to see how things were. Will definitely stay again and recommend this place.
Quiet location, easy to access other areas of Edmonton
Great communication with the owner, unit clean and certainly had everything we needed for our visit with family.
We are in our 70’s and found the stairs a bit daunting.be aware there are also 3 stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom if you find you have to get up at night. Street parking available
Very comfortable upstairs flat located above a garage and detached from the main home. Walkable neighbourhood with small shops and a few eateries just one block away. Whyte Ave is located about four blocks away and is home to many restaurants, grocery, and pubs. It is just steps away from great walking trails in the Mill Creek Ravine. The flat has all you would need to prep meals. A nice bed for solid sleep and the location seems to enable quick access to parts of the city. The hosts are charming, informative, and communicative.
Check-in was seamless thanks to timely and clear communication. Wade and Kelly are friendly and outstanding hosts. They contacted me before we arrived to confirm our arrival time. The directions for parking and entry to the unit were easy to follow, and we were greeted by Wade and a sweet, friendly dog named Scully. We later met Kelly, and Waylon (another sweet doggo). They made us feel very welcome. We were asked multiple times if we needed anything and were urged not to hesitate in reaching out if we did. The weather was humid and ranged in the high 20s to low 30s, but our hosts were very considerate and placed electric fans inside the unit.The clean and well-equipped kitchen was exactly what we hoped for to prepare quick meals and pack healthy lunches for our sons’ Provincial swimming competition. We used the fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, which were all in perfect working order, and a ton of utensils, food storage containers, cloths, soaps — all the things you don’t want to bother bringing with you or buying. The bed was very comfortable, and the kids liked the sofa/pull out and all the cushions. It was very peaceful and quiet when we were there and waking up to birdsong was a bonus! The garment rack with plenty of hangers meant we didn’t have to live out of suitcases. I loved the desk to catch up on a bit of paperwork. There were many features that showed just how much Wade and Kelly had thought about guest comfort. I highly recommended this property.
Wade was very communicative upon arriving to Edmonton, check in was a breeze and Wade was very hospitable and kind. This spot is walkable to plenty of great places to eat, drink and explore and the hosts will happily offer recommendations and directions.
