Staff was great, helpful in a situation that was put upon myself and they clarified it. Very helpful. Room, bed, shower and everything was good. The restaurant had great food also, with a friendly exchanges.

Upon check in the one lady was kind of rude but the manager on shift was great. Check in went alright, the room we booked was huge which we loved, bed was comfortable and soft, view was actually pretty nice as you get to see the planes land across the highway, bathroom was huge and wifi worked well with our Roku stick. Cons: pillows weren’t great for our preference (very large, we prefer softer ones), shower head was covered in mildew and pressure wasn’t great, as well the toilet tank was going nonstop all nights which was kind of annoying. There was hair along the box spring when we pulled the mattress out to check for bugs (as we do at every hotel) I informed the front desk but was told they do not clean rooms on Sundays… left and came back to the room all they did was change the top sheet and make the bed so the concerns of the hair and dirt along the box spring and baseboards weren’t addressed until checkout when I had to show the front desk clerk pictures. Thankfully the lady who checked us out on Monday was gracious and compensated us for the troubles we ran into. Over all it wasn’t terrible but wasn’t amazing either… would stay again! lol

Really convinient for an early morning flight! Friendly staff at the restaurant. Burger and pizza tasted really well; pizza coukd use a bit kore topics and i would not mind paying a few extra dollars.

We had a great stay. The hotel is clean, and check-in, check-out, and the airport shuttle were very easy and straightforward. It’s a bit of a walk to any restaurants (the restaurant at the hotel was closed our entire stay), so that would be a bit of a hassle without a car. (It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to food.) Would stay here again.

My husband parked our truck right outside the doors so I had a short distance to walk after having back surgery. We were told we aren’t allowed to stop there. After checking in and clearly struggling to stand I’m given a room on the 4th floor. Not a huge problem because maybe they were busy but would have been much nicer to be closer. Then my room key doesn’t work. So my husband goes downstairs, no one’s at the desk because the girl is bringing me pillows(I asked for this, thank you). When she approaches, her key also doesn’t work. So she informs me the door handle is broken and lets me in with a key. I was never offered a physical key, so now I’m in my room and can’t leave. My husband goes to get food and has to come back twice that I have to get up to let him in, while still struggling to walk. No sort of compensation offered or really even an apology.

My wife and I have stayed there a number of times and we always liked it that’s why we kept coming back. But this time as we had for our room down the hallway from the foyer the smell of dope being smoked was so strong it was sickening. We almost turned around at that point asked for our money back but we decided to see if it smelled in the room which didn’t But if we run across that again we won’t be staying there anymore. I understand people aren’t supposed to be Smoking in there at all dope or otherwise.

Booked an executive suite which was supposed to come with daily housekeeping and a child crib was requested prior to our stay. Didnt get any housekeeping and the cribs they brought to our room were both broken. The staff failed to replace the crib completely and suggested they will fix it Monday. Our stay was only till Sunday. So all in all, not a executive stay at all.
