We found dry human blood on both of our bedsheets and on the wall and in the bed covers By the phone and by the small little desk Phone medicine on the floor The pillows were used!! So in this case our room wasn’t clean at all for us And the worse my 19 years old was tired from our long drive to get to hotel and went to lay down So she was laying in a bed for over 2 hours on someone else human blood Gross unacceptable especially in a quality establishment like them

Nice location n facilities.. Great breakfast.. especially scrambled eggs, nice n creamy not dry n tasteless i have experienced in some nice hotels.. only thing my wife and I both felt was the sub standard shower in our bathroom. Hardly any pressure. Could use an upgrade or cleaning. Everything else was good.

We arrived late as our flight didn’t get in till later. When we arrived they didn’t have a room for us so they sent us to another hotel down the room. They compensated us for the night however I still haven’t seen the refund on my credit card yet. It was a little upsetting to be so tired from travelling all day to having to turn around and drive down the road to a different hotel and carry all our things in again. Also frustrating that I had this room booked months ago and to be turned away.

Even though I prepaid for the stay when I arrived they did not have any rooms. They put me up at a lesser and cheaper hotel. This is unacceptable and unsafe for women travellers. I demand a refund or the difference between the two hotels to be credited back to me.
