"The room was clean however, the bathroom needs some care the cover to the fan was hanging there was mold all around the lining of the shower and bath tub. Only one set of towels that looked dirty and their was 3 of us. There was only cereal available for breakfast, the good thing is the INN is down the street from McDonald's. Overall because they keep the property clean, the room was clean, and they have parking within the property I would stay again."

"Hotel is conveniently located off the 10 freeway although exiting on Atlantic is quite challenging to get to the hotel entrance when traffic is heavy. We had another pleasant stay and enjoyed the close access to many wonderful Chinese restaurants and bakeries."

"Its clean but our room was right next to a hallway thay was open to the common area and it was very loud."

"The property was in terrible condition. The first room we were given had a broken bathroom light, and the second room we were given had black marks all over the sheets. The rooms were dark and dirty, and did not match the photos online at all - there were no bedspreads on the bed, no photos on the wall, and the rooms were quite rundown. Although the rooms had TVs on the wall, none of them were in working order. When I went to the desk for a third room, the clerk asked me if I wanted a refund. I readily agreed. I was told because the funds had not transferred and I booked through Expedia, I would need to get a refund from them, but was assured that was possible. With that assurance, my daughter and I left to find another hotel. We have been fighting since that day to get our money back. We were told that because we signed the paper at check-in, the cost of the room was nonrefundable, even though we signed before being given two rooms that were inhabitable, and posed a risk for our health and safety. Expedia says the funds were transferred, and they need approval from the hotel manager, who refuses to give it. Do not stay here! Run as far away from this place as you can! This is definitely a case of bait and switch - the manager is clearly hiding behind their nonrefundable policy, while offering substandard rooms that don’t match the description and are not safe to stay in. He takes your money and offers zero in return, even when their own staff told us to get a refund."
