The staff was amazing throughout the stay and very accommodating. The accommodation itself however was subpar. The last thing I’d expect in a hotel room I paid this much for is a temporary bathroom pod you’d find at campgrounds. The bathroom was horrific. Had no ventilation and everything was plastic and the door wouldn’t even lock. Disappointing to say the least. The service tho from staff/bar staff/ cleaning staff saved me from voting 1 star.

This property was about a block, maybe 2, away from the Royal Mile and loctated at almost the center of the mile. Easy walking to shops a restaurants in the area, as well as The Holyroodhouse and Edinburgh Castle. Rooms are modern and clean, breakfast served daily, and there is a restaurant in the hotel.

Excellent location. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are a decent size and had the basic amenities which is what we needed for our visit. Would stay again simply for the location.

Great staff who were helpful and lovely. Location was close to University of Edinburgh as well as the Royal Mile and other sites to see! The price was reasonable and I would definitely stay there again.
