Annual Powder mountain ski trip
Excellent location and value. Two bedroom, two bathroom is perfect for my brother and I and yet no more expensive than a hotel. 10 minutes to the ski hill, and 3 minutes to the valley mkt.

Cozy and comfortable
My husband and our teenage sons enjoyed a comfortable overnight stay. The location was beautiful and quiet. The condo had everything we needed and the downstairs space was especially welcoming. We had a few issues getting the TVs to work but I’m confident that Marc will resolve this promptly. He was a friendly and communicative host.

Snowboarding trip
Perfect location for snowboarding! We loved seeing the deer on the property every day. The hot tub was great after a day of snowboarding. The layout of the condo was great for our family.

Nice Place to Stay with Kids
Overall the stay was pleasant. We had a bit of a hang up with check in but VRBO got it handled quickly. The property was beautiful and had a family feel to it. The rental was clean and nice. Would definitely stay again.

Very utilitarian, not the least bit charming or welcoming. Needs maintenance (blind broken, overhead fan broken). In a hot town, there may have been air conditioning but it would have taken hours to make a difference. Not really any windows to open to air it out. We stayed EXACTLY 20 MINUTES.

Great girls getaway!
Stayed overnight for a getaway with my sisters! Two bathrooms made it easy for all the girls! Loved the beautiful locationg. Close to a market, a few places to eat and the lake!

Great place to stay during ski season
This was the best condo I've ever stayed in within this complex. We were a family of 4 visiting the area to ski and there an abundance of space. It was a 2 story unit- ground floor and basement. It was well furnished and everything inside was in good condition. It was very clean and felt like it had been recently refreshed. There were 4 tvs and some games- my kids were in heaven! There was also a big snowy area right next door where my kids had a blast on their sleds. We were able to park right outside the unit within 20 feet of our back porch. The owner responded to my questions within minutes both times. We will definitely look for this unit when we return to the area!

Fun ski getaway
I took my teenage son and a few of his buddies here for a ski trip. I stayed upstairs in the bedroom for some peace and quiet, and my son and all his buddies were able to hang out and sleep downstairs. The owner Marc was very responsive and helpful to any questions that I had during our stay.

Unit was was very run down!
The unit was very run down and not clean at all. I dropped an ice cube and wiped it up and the paper towel was black. The bathroom has a Urine smell. The shower curtain is all Mildewed. The listing had said you had a fully stocked kitchen, either everything is broken or missing. You don’t even have Salt or pepper!!! Out on the balcony I touched the Railing and noticed a slat rocked Then fell to the ground. If one of my grandkids would have been there and could have fallen through. They are all Rotting out. And the bed in the master You can’t even move without out squeaking. it’s so loud. And none of the fan remotes have batteries!! So when you turn off the lights they won’t work. This unit say’s it’s Air-conditioned but it really only cool’s the master bedroom. And the chair in the front room the legs are ready to break. When is the last time this unit has been stayed in? Or inspected??? Pictures are one thing. And how old are the reviews we read? My husband felt like you stole our $$

It was a great place to say for the 7 of us. The mini-golf and swimming were enjoyed by my kids and a trip up to Powder Mountain to enjoy the view and go for a short hike was great.

Overall very nice
Overall, our stay was great. The condo was nice, private, adequately chilled, and we didn’t hear anything from neighboring condos. The only things we could be nit picky about was that some of the dishes we were going to use weren’t quite clean (we gave what we used a quick scrub), and the check in process wasn’t the smoothest (but that was Vrbo’s fault, not the property manager; Vrbo didn’t forward us the check in details the manager tried to send. The manager was easy to contact though, and we got it cleared up quickly.)

Nice and quiet location a bit further away from SLC ski resorts then I was hoping the local resorts like powder and snow basin didn't have good snow unfortunately at the time but that's mother nature not anything regarding the condo could use a little more user friendly TV setup.

Check in was terrible. Just glad the property manager was on top of things. A/C wasn't on when we arrive and being super tired from working all day I didn't really look at why. Ended up just opening the sliding door and shutting the screen with the fan on which did pretty well until 2am when some birds decided to have a singing contest... Which led too little sleep. Showering was also quite the adventure. The grips on the bottom of the tub were visible but provided no grip. So a relaxing shower turned into a focused attempt at not falling. Felt like an ice skating ring, but with less grip. Main level toilet lid needs some help it is really loose. Also the kitchen/front room felt like there was a heater on. But since I closed the door to the room it didn't make the room any warmer, but I sure felt it in the morning when I left the property.

Perfect overnighter for family ski trip
We were very comfortable in this condo. The only problem was we were never given details to enter the property. Thankfully the owner was very responsive and was able to text us the unit and lock code so that I could enter with a crying baby during a snow storm.

Perfect spot in Eden
We came for a short over night stay for my kid's mountain bike race. I was worried that we would sleep well in. anew place the night before their race. The condo was quiet, and very comfortable. Everyone slept great and we had a great race day.

Good place, could be better
Very clean and perfect size condo. We had to call the owner to get in and waited on the lawn for an hour. The pool is also closed which was a bummer. The kitchen was nice and good to cook in. The beds were too firm for me, they had an aftermarket topper on them to try and help, but it was still uncomfortable.

Great get away retreat
We loved staying at the condo, all our needs were met in a very pleasant atmosphere and the miniature golf course was a hit with the grand kids. Our only complaint was that the bathroom and especially the toilets are very short which is an inconvenience for older folks but over all a great stay.

We were disappointed in this rental. Bathroom rugs were dirty, tub/shower had hair (not ours) in it. There were only 2 mugs in the whole place. There were 4 of us and it just wasn’t right that 2 of us had to drink coffee out of plastic glasses! Yuck! The pull out couch has seen better days, no mattress pad to be had. We thought there would be soap to use in the shower, but no.....there was shampoo but no soap. The coffee maker was dirty, we had to clean it out before we could use it. We would not stay here again.

Great for short or long stays
We were looking for a one night rental for 8. This property was clean and the view great. The kids enjoyed the pool and mini golf. The host was kind enough to provide several putters and balls for everyone. The property was also a good value for a single overnight stay.

Great location and comfortable condo
Perfect place to stay for skiing and exploring, everything you need for a comfortable home base. Only issue was locating the unit upon arrival to the complex. We arrived late at night and the numbers on the buildings are almost invisible. We drove and wandered around the complex for way too long trying to find the place after a long travel day. After locating the unit, the electronic deadbolt was finnicky and took us several times entering the code then pulling and pushing on the door to get in. All of this could've been avoided if more detail was provided in the arrival instructions.

Great condo with lots of flexible space!
This condo had plenty of space for my daughter and me. Parking was right outside the patio doors so it was very easy to transfer luggage and groceries. We met wonderful neighbors who were staying in your condo next door. Nice updates and only suggestions would be to have an info book book on the condo including a map of the complex and a sterno log for the fireplace. Comfy beds and plenty of linens. Great communication was much appreciated! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Our stay was short but great. The condo was as described with everything we needed. The only thing I would comment on is that it would have been nice to have instructions about how to access the hot tub. We realized it too late. Other than that everything was great! Thanks!!

Perfect for our family! Lower level accommodated our son, daughter-in-law, and two kids. Kids loved the "kid's clubhouse" (the large closet with games, bean bag chairs, and TV). Everything was fine in the main level as well. We had only two suggestions for improvement: 1) the hot tub is very marginal...few working jets 2) It would have been very helpful to have a map of the whole complex. We arrived after dark, and my husband spent about 20 minutes walking around, trying to find building numbers on the buildings, numbers of the units, etc. Also, getting into the unit was difficult; the lock with the combination to get in did not seem to be working very well. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.....definitely a good value for the money.

Great Condo for a family! Close to resorts!
We loved staying here. Was very clean with lots of extras. Great location, close to resorts. We have a family of 8 and were very comfortable and didn't feel crammed. The owner is great to work with and answers questions quickly. Great communication! The only complaint which is minor, would be to include more towels when there are more than 4 people staying there. Otherwise, it was just PERFECT!!

The place was just what we were looking for.
We had a great stay. We actually rented this and another condo that were next door to each other. Both from the same owner, both were great. My only real suggestion is more towels. One condo had 4 total, and one only had 2. Not quite enough for 13 people.

perfect getaway for family
Had a great thanksgiving weekend with our kids from colleges nearby. Slept 6 comfortably. All amenities were great. Towels were very plush. Very nice TVs in every room, but no cable. Netflix and Blue-Rays, which was just fine with us. All the beds and couch fold outs were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied with utensils and pans. (We did bring a couple of our own, but could have survived without) It is the perfect mix between out of the way and close to things you need. 20 min from Ogden, up Ogden canyon.. away from the city, but in a resort community with a small grocery store just 2 min down the road. Loved it.
