"The hotel was nice and modern, the location wasn’t great it was quite far out from central paris (granted the metro was all good and easy to use but there wasn’t much around the hotel for eating or drinking). The staff were particularly rude, especially reception - they gave the impression they did not want to help at all I was very unimpressed. You have to book to go to the pool (which is okay but doesn’t look like the pictures) and it was often filled up as they only let 10 people per hour (which I get as it it very small but they don’t advertise this and they don’t make it easy to book, I tried to call up to book after my partner did the Paris marathon and no one at reception answered the call all afternoon). The rooms were nice but I wouldn’t go back again. "

"The view from this room was amazing. However, based on what I paid, it should have been a lot nicer. They could put some money we are spending into making things better. I mean, I have to go get my own towels? I also tried to cancel 5 days before and would lose all my money. There wasn’t availability at the hotel I was staying at, but a spot opened up. The smell in the room was very strong and smelled like an air freshener. It gave me a headache. I searched for the source, but couldn’t find it. Maybe it was a cleaning product? I definitely won’t stay at this hotel brand again. Very disappointing! Especially since my last place was so good and cost less! 😕"

"Lovely place in a lovely neighborhood. Clean and pretty, outstanding staff. The room wasn't big but it was just perfect for me - and I especially enjoyed opening the large window in my room to breath in the quiet Paris alley behind. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!"

"They don’t clean the room everyday, kitchen is very tiny. Only 2 towels per day when I paid for 3 people to stay there, homeless every night just in front of the hotel, 2 slow and old elevators, one wasn’t working. Couch bed mattress was not comfortable at all, very hard mattress, sheets not soft material, bathroom smelled like public restroom, overall cleaning service was too bad. Parking not available, it’s a busy area for shopping, you won’t find parking for your car. "

"An elevator was down for the entire duration of our stay. We tried to use the other elevator only to find out there was no way to cross over to our side. Seems like this is an issue because it’s mentioned in other reviews. I should have been a bit more wary. There was a dirty towel in the middle of the bathroom and a brown, suspicious stain on the living room rug. We were also missing coffee for the coffee maker. Everytime we were in the lobby, it reeked of cigarette smoke. No one was regulating people smoking outside so the smell was wafting inside. The front desk staff was nice. Easy check in and check out. They were kind enough to not charge us a late fee since we had to wait 30 min to go down on the elevator (it was always full). The location is not too bad of a walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are food stalls along the way. Pretty convenient, especially if you’re using a tour bus or boat."
