The room was ok, the staff was nice, breakfast was half empty, there is trash around the property. Not just trash, I found a spot with a blanket that someone was clearly sleeping at, a spare tire, and my dog almost stepped on a meth pipe.

Room was clean . Pool was chilly. It was loosing some tiles on the floor of it and could use cleaning. But the room became very steamy and saiunaish with hot tub on. It was nice for kids to have basketball hoop on side of pool to play ball. The hot tub was nice and hot. Room was clean. No tub plug. Breakfast was adequate. It had small pre done egg patties which we have never had before and an electric mini pancake maker. Good choice of bread and bagels. Yogurt, bananas, cereal , oatmeal, coffee and juices. It was convenient to action city. Staff was friendly. It was definitely family friendly. Parking, good.

In general, tge property was nice... newly remodeled... looked and smelled clean Someone needs to be taught how to use a snow shovel. There was snow on the sidewalk the whole time we were there and it had not snowed for a couple days.

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was smooth, the amenities were top-notch, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are clean and free of any smell. The hotel is very dated. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling, the tub had a crack that some e tried to cover. The water temperature never got above luke warm. The stairwells have a pet smell.
