Very conveniently located next to Waikiki. Room is very basic, like a college dorm. With that being said, you go to Hawaii to be outside and not hanging out in your room. It serves it's purpose, clean and comfortable, plus very affordable. Staff is super friendly and the coffee bar is simple and appreciated.

Great property, location, staff, upkeep, room etc. This is a pricey choice but in my opinion we got our money's worth. All rooms are good size and very updated and have balconies. Staff was attentive, water was provided daily as well as some small goodies. The beach is very small but other beaches are close. The location is spot on Waikiki, an easy walk to the main street and all its amenities, tour busses, restaurants etc.

The property could run so much better. They nickel and dime you for everything. Not even free coffee in the morning. $400 per person to swim with their dolphins for 45 minutes and then they try to sell you the highly overpriced pics because they won’t let you take any. The manager refuses to let outside shuttles pick you up for off site excursions so you have to uber or cab. Last night we were there power was knocked out to resort. If you wanted to eat they want to charge you $36 for a cold turkey club. Finally they got a little power and were charging $120 or so dollars for an extremely limited cold seafood buffet.
