"Intercity Budapest is beautiful and modern. Convenience, in a large city is premium and Intercity's location is ideal. We believe we get an exceptional stay for a fair price. But... it's the People that bring us back ! Every single staff member, every single visit, every single need or request, treat us (and all guests) like family. It is such a treat to see staff members love and support each other, show that they enjoy taking care of visitors, be efficient while wearing a smile. We truly believe that staff from Intercity Budapest should be teaching staffs in other buildings and other cities about professionalism, courtesy, customer care. "Hotel Grandior was in an excellent situation to visit Prague old town and other places a little further. Tram stops nearby. All staff were attentive and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice to suit every palate. Bedroom and bathroom clean and tidy. We ate in hotel twice in evenings and food was excellent. "
