"Beautiful hotel with excellent service and very comfortable rooms. Atrium restaurant has wonderful food and great service. The lobby and common areas on first and second floors are beautiful but the rooms and general hallways are a little tired and could use "freshening". It doesn't detract from the overall beauty, comfort and quality of the hotel, just a recommendation. We did not experience the spa but wished we had. "

The concierge was very helpful to help make restaurant reservations, and answered questions about various activities/sites. Our room was wonderful with a beautiful view of the castle. Highly recommend!"
