"Everyone on the staff was great. The building and facilities need some maintenance and loving care. It was a great hotel at one point, but it is showing its age and needs updating."

"The staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the overall atmosphere is very unique. Our room was clean and had really cool decor and a big balcony overlooking the inside of the pyramid. The shower wasn’t in great shape with loose grout and a wood panel under the sink was loose. Our mini fridge was full of ice at the top and wouldn’t close. Little things but the reason I only give 4 stars. "
