"By far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at and we had an incredible stay. We opted for a room overlooking the Bass Pro shop and it really added to the experience. The room itself was really nicely themed and the attention to detail was amazing. The communal areas were also really impressive! All of the staff we spoke to were really lovely and helpful as well. We used the valet service which was easy (slight wait for the car at the end of the trip as it was peak checkout so I’d recommend calling down in advance). We also used the free shuttle service to go to Beale Street - our driver was amazing, so knowledgable and extremely friendly! Highly recommend booking this hotel for a couple of nights if you can. We did not want to leave and hope to come and stay again soon!"

"The women bathroom on first floor was dirty and a toilet was broken, with paper towels in it. The staff was not real friendly. Other than the lady who was on duty, when addressed was she friendly. The landscape was horrible. Edging, weed eating and seasonal planting needs to be done. Dule and not kept. The room we stayed in was very clean. Thank you We stayed two nights and had one towel each. We asked houses keeping for another towel for the second days stay. May all this be taken in consideration. To bring more appeal to peoples stay and for the people to want to come back. Thanks, and take care."
