"Love the lobby. My first room was not clean, but changing to another room was met with the utmost courtesy, efficiency and professionalism. I love the lobby staff. From the minute I booked my hotel stay, during my stay and after my checkout, communication has been Excellent. The bed and linens are very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep.
