"Breakfast was awesome and clean room Very friendly staff"

"The property is very nice and well managed. The rooms are large, the breakfast is excellent and the facilities are wonderful. Unfortunately there is nowhere to walk nearby to the hotel, so you must rely on taxis."

"Staff friendly, breakfast good, but small and dark room with dirty bed sheet and, the worst : bedbugs !"

"Yol üzerinde dinlenmek için Ramada by Wyndham Erzincan Ergan otelini tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık. Odaların temizliği, dağ manzarası ve kahvaltısı bizi büyüledi. Bir gün kış mevsiminde de gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Teşekkür ederiz."

"This is a special place to stay. We enjoyed our time here more than any other place we visited in Turkey! We would never have enjoyed our time in Kars as much without staying here. "

"The location of the hotel was very good."

"Pretty decent for the price"

"Great location and the price. Highly recommended!"

"Very welcoming staff."

"It was great. We walked on the dusty main road to get to the castle only discovering on the day we were leaving that there was a better path that avoided the high traffic and highly dusty road."

"Very convenient location. Walking distance to airport. The hotel is new. Large, comfortable very clean rooms. Most of all very friendly and helpful staff, in particular Osman at reception (if you have any problems he will help). Breakfast is large and omelette served with a smile. Thank you!"

"The location is excellent, the cleanliness is good, the hotel has a beautiful historical setting, the staff is attentive and helpful, the breakfast is rich, high-quality and delicious, and the kitchen staff is helpful."

"The staff was very helpful and free coffee/tea was made available."

"Well appointed. Newly built and immaculate. You can’t go wrong here… unless you want AC in the summer."
