"This hotel met our expectations in cleanliness, staff friendliness, and beautiful views of the lake and mountains. The hot tub and morning breakfast were also enjoyed."

"Overall stay was good and customer service was good It was close to everything and views were good . The only thing that bothered me was that no one came in to clean our sheets or give us new towels or toilet paper all 4 nights we were there. We had to go to the front desk or find house keeping cleaning other rooms just not ours."

The location was also very convenient, with several great restaurants nearby. Lastly, I appreciated the availability of the shuttle service, which made transportation easy and stress-free. "
