"Jai at the front desk was amazing and super helpful. I had a special circumstance and she stepped up and helped in a way that made me and my son feel seen, heard and important. Jai is a great asset to this hotel."

"More than $500for two nights that’s not worth it, the first night someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night, I can hear people walking upstairs. No hot breakfast, just bagels and boiled eggs., and the most important to me is there is no glass or cup in the room, only soft plastic cups."

"Room was clean. Outside and entrance are very dated but inside of the rooms were newly renovated. Room had a musty “old” smell. Bought air fresheners and made it work"

"The room rate is over price for the area and the amenities. Way over price. Breakfast was ok but the eggs were chucky like rock but not hard and watery, pre-cooked. The pool was not ready for swimming. Tractor trailers in the same parking lot. Best Western is always a hit or miss, it depends on the location. "

"I showed up and people are living there and all the windows are broken. They also said that my reservation was cancled on may 7th"

"The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door. He had to meet us back up at the room to unlock the door because he said the battery was dead in the door lock. Which is insane. He should’ve knew that before we went up stairs in the first place. Then once in the room the heater was on. Mind you it was 90 degrees on this day. He needs to be retrained on greeting clients, general customer service skills and be better prepared for clients checking in advising them of particular room’s defects at check in. They way extra trips to the service desk are not required. "
