"Breakfast was the typical fair with waffles. The hot tub was hot but no bubbles. To be fair, the hot tub was one of the requirements. The rooms were clean and the price was good. We would go there again."

"The beds were very comfortable, the room clean, and the bathroom amenities were a cut above what you would expect at a chain hotel. When we asked to be moved to a room away from housekeeping on the first floor, the woman who checked us in took the time to search on the computer and find us one. I appreciated that service, as she did it willingly and quickly got us settled as a result."

"Upon arrival, this place looked amazing However, it was clear that this place was rundown and needed some repairs The TV did not work. The phone did not work. We did not have enough linen in our room for the three of us. The blankets look old and used the windows were filthy. It is just not taken very good care of and definitely not worth the money. The pool water was murky the tiles around the pool where chipped and cracked my grandson fell, and another lady fell due to the inadequate care of the floor of the room where the pool was in the outdoor outdoors, the patio the tiles were cracked and broken We were just very overly disappointed in the entire experience. We had high hopes for a much better experience, based upon it being a Doubletree and a Hilton and will not return there because of the condition of the hotel."

"Read the reviews too late. Booked this solely for my elderly mother to get a little trip in. Booked for the hot tub and breakfast because that’s what she looks forward to. First, trying to check in, the young man at the desk had his back turned in a corner talking to his mom on his cell and wouldn’t check us in forever. Second, the floors have standing water from everyone running from the pool wet. Third, it smelled like smoke and weed. Fourth, I took her dinner and came back to get in the hot tub but it closed at 8. So she missed that. Fifth, we woke up and got ready and breakfast was. Shut down by 9. Sixth, walls are so thin. We heard people arguing in the room somewhere near us and again in the morning to children screaming. Anyway Cheesecake Factory was amazing. Ps…..their response to my google review solidifies the lack of professionalism. "
