"A very nice hotel in a convenient location for Dunedin CBD. The Whittaker's Chocolate was a nice touch as hotels and motels don't seem to leave a cookie or chocolate for guests anymore. The bee was very comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. The toilet was a bit noisy after flushing but it's no big deal, unless you go to the bathroom in the night. It can be a bit irritating. Internet was good, and plenty of toiletries, tea, coffee, and towels. Thank you for realising women need more than one towel :) "

"Great staff from reception, cleaners and restaurant. We had high tea and selection was tip top. We stayed in a twin bedroom, one queen and two singles. Really needed a quiet stay and I wasn’t disappointed."

Just around the corner to the buses and Octagon and we enjoyed a short walk to the stunning Railway Station. Close to Woolworths, City market and was so quiet. 100% recommend for rugby games! "
