"Great breakfast"

"The host was amazing, everything was as pictured! The spot was very convenient off the ‘highway’ and had plenty of parking space! We came and spent the weekend for my birthday and Chris even left me a gift, and some waters. The house has almost everything you need to cook with, laundry detergent, and towels provided! I will be coming back in the future especially the summer as the water is right near, and the hot tub is amazing. 10/10 "

"Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the view is beautiful and the hosts were very great from a communication standpoint.The cottage is very cosy and homey feeling, but the only issue was the price tag was a bit high for this property. I say this because the cottage is definitely in need of some updates. For example the screen door to the patio was duct taped to conceal what I assume were holes in the screen. This is something that should be replaced if you are going to charge a premium dollar per night stay (roughly 300 per night for us). Additionally, many of the windows did not open as the crank or frame itself on the window was broken. The place itself was really in need of a deep clean as there was dirt, hair and dead bugs in the corners of the floors. There was also a lot of dog hair on the floor when we arrived. Which as dog people it wasn't a big deal, but our daughter who is crawling age ended up with handfuls of hair. The kitchen amenities were also very scarce, as we did not see a pizza cutter, any small knifes, etc. Also, the TV had an error message that was permanently burned into the screen so anytime you watched the TV you could still see an error message. Some minor updates to the property could turn this into a 5 star stay for sure.The bathroom was very nice and you could tell it had been completely updated/renovated recently. They also had recently updated parts of the kitchen as well. The wifi was also great, very fast."

"What a cozy little beach cottage! We had an excellent stay at this property. Being right in the water was amazing - we watched birds and deer from the back deck, and enjoyed the beach close by! It was so relaxing to be in a cottage, and forced us to slow down and relax. You can tell great thought has been given to making sure that the small space has the most amenities possible. "

"Adorable, gorgeous, tasteful!! We rented for a 2 night stay for wedding rehearsal & wedding. This home is just sensational!! 2 sitting rooms, 2 showers(1outdoors) & we utilized it!! Clean, well stocked with anything you could need to start your stay & comfortable. There are twinkle lights inside-there are solar cap lights on the fencing, which came in handy after dark. There are multiple porches you can sit on-just simply enjoyable."
