Abbey

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I normally never write reviews but my experience here was so poor I have to say something. Showing up, I felt unsafe. On room had a window that looked into the hallway only, there was nothing but overhead lights, no lamps at all. Nothing on the walls and cinderblock walls. That aside, all night long we heard loud voices, doors slamming and there was absolutely no way we could sleep at all. We were up all night listening to all of the noise. When we finally were starting to leave, a couple had a screaming match down the hall for 10+ minutes. We proceeded to pack and they refused to give us a refund. When we drove away, the owner was standing outside staring at us leave in a scary menacing way. I will never return and I highly encourage others to choose a different place to stay.
