"Great "

"We were unaware when we booked the room that the restaurant and bar were under renovation and were unavailable for the most part. They were supposed to still have room service available, but we couldn’t get a hold of them over the weekend, likely due to weddings and catered events that they were taking care of instead of their customers in their rooms. We had trouble with the shower leaking out, flooding the bathroom into the main living area because the shower door wasn’t properly sealed. It has the potential to be a great property, but we didn’t enjoy all these issues. I did discuss it with the manager afterward, who was apologetic. We had made the reservation because it advertised an on-site restaurant and bar, so we were hoping not to have to leave the property as we waited to leave on our cruise. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Hector at the pool bar, however, was a diamond in the rough. He was great, and he’s been there a long time. Will probably try this place again another time when everything is up and running."

"I stayed here for one night and had a really good experience. The room was clean, and I was impressed that even the outdoor hallways were well-maintained, which is not something you see often. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of the stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t mind staying here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Our room was on the 10th floor. The view was great. The room was FREEZING! Despite turning up the temperature. The windows seem to be the original ones from the building bc, insulation? Who is she? Never met her. We could hear EVERY noise from the streets AND the rooftop. The bed was lumpy, and not very comfortable. The bathroom was tidy, and the shower?! I’d stay there again JUST for the shower. That water pressure felt like a massage on my skin. Staff was friendly and attentive. The bar downstairs wasn’t our vibe but it is beautiful. The bar upstairs lacks identity. The views are stunning though."

"Such an amazing experience! I highly recommend a minimum 2 night stay to take in all that the Queen Mary has to offer. Definitely do the tours and take time to explore all of the exhibits on your own. WOW! She is beautiful, filled with history and an energy that is hard to explain. Thank you Queen for an amazing stay!"
