"Really comfy room, nice size, nice decor, lovely bathroom. Provided me with a toothbrush which I had forgotten. Very convenient for the station. Only slight issue was the room was really super hot and the aircon didn’t seem to make a huge difference. However, that is in issue in many nice hotels so I wouldn’t let that put you off, it was very good value,"

"Check in was painful with the need to scan s Qr code and fill in a form when all our details are already on the system when we booked. No tea making facilities in rooms. Staff wete great but big queues due to mobile registration. What happens if there is someone who doesn't do mobile qr codes? "

"Excellent location, nicely decorated, clean room. Self check-in was straight forward and fast. Friendly, helpful staff. The only thing we didn't care for was the communal coffee/tea station. As we walked by once, there was an unsavoury looking cup of coffee sitting on the worktop and turned us off of using the machine. The restaurant/bar was fabulous! The food was delicious and great value for money. We will definitely stay again."

"Nice stay only for one night. Was there early 12.30ish so couldn't get checked in right away and was told 3pm. Bar opened at 1pm but only had cider on draft and very limited bottle beers. We waited patiently and at just after 2pm other guests that were also waiting to get checked in got asked up by reception to get checked in we thought ok we will wait to get called up for checking in but no the receptionist started checking in guests that had just arrived...so we then had to join a queue to get checked in!!!!"

"Receptionist refused to hand over key cards to my 2 daughters even after i checked in online. Made the stay negative from the 1st minute they stepped into the hotel. When they say they treat everyone as an adult over the age of 15 is a lie. A 17 and 19 year old was not allowed to check in until I sent my photo ID in an email. Follow up messages to my daughters were about quality of sleep. Very poor due to substandard pillows."

"Nice large room with comfortable beds. The room was very noisy due to an event close by that ended at 11pm. We found bread crumbs and an old chip on the floor. The floor left bits on our feet. For the price it should have been quiet and clean. The room cost £261 with £20 for parking. No breakfast included. Not good value for money. When I booked it also said 8 minute walk to AO Arena but you actually have to get a tram which takes 13 minutes."
