"Very old rooms that are barely still functional. It appears that a portion of the hotel is undergoing renovations, but it did not look like any of the those rooms are open yet. The included Breakfast was ok."

"It was advertised as waterfront view. I could see the water but the interstate 95 was in the way. Also the entire area smelled like Marajuana. There were two dispensaries right next door to the hotel. Also the area seemed a little sketchy. Many people hanging out in the lobby and surrounding areas. I don’t think that they were guests but one never knows. The room was clean. Staff were extremely helpful. We just stayed one night and that’s probably as much as I would ever stay if in a pinch."
