"For the room the hotel provided to us, for the first night, while was taking a shower, the roof right above the shower head had leaking, not just small dripping rather fast. We complained to the room attendant. Because it was very late in the night, we were too exhausted to let the repair person in to check it. We went to bed without a shower. On the second day, in the late afternoon, when we came back our hotel room. There was a note on the table, it says our room was ready. The hotel provided us with a rather spacy, nicer room for our second night in the hotel."

"Family room is huge and hotel is beautiful but walking distance to the room is a problem for my mum with knee problem even with advance notice as all of their family room is away from the elevator. As this hotel catered to lots of tour groups, finding seats for breakfast in the hotel is on a first come first served basis on your own. Quality of food is only mediocre as there are no eateries around the hotel we had no choice. We will look for a smaller boutique hotel instead for our further visit. Roger and his team at the concierge desk were wonderful in assisting all of our needs - thank you and keep up the good work!!"

"It was a decent hotel, large room size but non-smoking smelt so strongly of cigarettes we had to ask to move. Not many of the staff spoke English or at least not at the level to discuss the matter but this was solved using a translation app on my phone. To be fair to the staff, they got us an air prurifier and when that didn't work, they moved us to a different room without any quibble and that one fortunately did not smell. Gym was quite small but okay, however had one incident where my wife needed to use the facilities and the gym changing rooms did not have one, so we walked down the corridor to the adjoining spa and she used the toilet there. We were borderline aggressively chased then followed out despite us trying to explain what had happened."
